1. Once your order is received, we will send you a detailed order form with brands, references, sizes, quantities, prices. (For shops and some brands we will make B2B access to our stocks)
2. We accept Credit Card, CB in 3x, Paypal, Bank Transfer, Cash (limited amount according to the laws in force).
PREPARATION / SHIPPING:
1. Once the payment is received, we will prepare your order the same day as the next day. (24h to 48h)
2. Once your order has been prepared, it will be dispatched the same day as the next. (24h)
3. Depending on your choice of carriers you will be delivered between 24h and 72h once your order shipped. (Chronopost, Colissimo, Gls, Besson, Schenker)
SAV / PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE:
1.From reception, check your order.
2.If there is an unavailable product, we will send you with your invoice a refund document of unavailable product (s).
3.We accept returns only if it is an error on our part or if there is a manufacturing defect that was not mentioned on the product sheet. In both cases we pay the return costs.
